You can also buy them in person in the afternoons, from 19 November to 10 January, at the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site box office. Tickets cost the same online and at the box office, so we recommend buying in advance before they sell out.

Children under 3 (ages 0 to 2) do not pay, but you do need to add their free ticket to your order.

Children aged 3 to 17 do need a ticket, at the reduced price.

The reduced price is available to people over 65, under-18s, students and people with a disability. Proof will be requested at the entrance.

No. Tickets to visit the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site are not valid for this event and must be bought separately.

Yes. People with an official disability card can buy a reduced-price ticket. The card must be shown at the entrance as proof. Companions must buy a general ticket, unless the disability card states that the holder needs to be accompanied; in that case, one companion can also buy a reduced-price ticket.

The venue is adapted for people with reduced mobility, but some areas are hard to reach by wheelchair, so parts of the route have been modified.

We follow each venue’s rules. As this venue is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, animals are not allowed (except assistance dogs).

For safety reasons, bulky items such as suitcases, bikes and scooters are not allowed on site.

If you are unsure about a particular item, ask us before your visit.

The installations and the route are prepared for rain, so the event will not be cancelled.

It would only be cancelled if heavy rain or the weather put visitors’ safety at risk.

Refunds are not accepted. However, if you want to change the day or time of your visit, you will need to make a new ticket purchase and we will then refund your previous tickets, excluding booking fees. To qualify for this change, you must notify us of the new purchase at info@elsllumsdesantpau.com more than 72 hours before the date of your original tickets.

The organisers will refund tickets if the show is cancelled or substantially changed, unless the right to change the programme was clearly stated or the cancellation is due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure once the show has started.

Yes! This edition has an ice rink along the route again. The ice rink ticket is tied to the general ticket and cannot be bought separately: to skate, you also need a general ticket for the event. Places on the rink are limited, so we recommend booking in advance.
